This end-user license agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Tugtogpinoy.com
for use of Digital Downloads that you are purchasing from the Tugtogpinoy.com music store.
By clicking on the I Agree button, grants you a limited non-exclusive and non-transferable
license to access and use the Digital Downloads you have selected on the terms set out herein.

Terms of Use
You acknowledge that the Digital Downloads are being sublicensed to you and not sold,
notwithstanding the use of such terms as "sell", "purchase", "order" or "buy" on this EULA or
anywhere else on the website. By purchasing and activating the Digital Downloads, you agree and
warrant that:

| • | | The Digital Downloads are for your personal and non-commercial use only |
| • | | You will not modify or tamper the Digital Downloads |
| • | | You will comply with the Terms of Use and will not attempt to circumvent the technology designed to enforce the Terms of Use |

Permitted Use
Licenses - You are allowed to store each Digital Download to 3 PC(s) only.
Burn - You may "burn" each Digital Download up to 3 times only onto CD-R and/or CD-RW in order to
create an audio CD which is playable on an Audio CD compatible player.
Ports - You may export or transfer each Digital Download up to 3 portable media player devices that
are compliant with Windows Media Digital Rights Management solution with security level set to "1000"
an unlimited number of times to each such portable device. All transfers to portable devices are
only enabled for a one-way transfer to each such device and are not transferable from such device to
other devices, PCs or other digital media.

Prohibited Use
Do not attempt to do the following:

| • | | Make unauthorized copies of the Digital Downloads |
| • | | Modify the Digital Downloads |
| • | | Alter, tamper or remove any copy protection devices, digital rights management or digital watermark embedded within the Digital Downloads. |
